Description and Desired Qualifications

Piping systems designing
PDS/SmartPlant administration (2D and 3D)
PDS/SmartPlant projects set-up (2D and 3D)
Database files preparation
Clashes in project checking/explanation/resolving
Coordination between disciplines working in PDS/SmartPlant system
Advises and make recommendations to plant management and leadership to resolve piping issue
Supports for PDS/SmartPlant users (2D and 3D)
Reporting data's from PDS/SmartPlant
Preparation procedures for working in 3D design space
Quality of documents (in PDS/SmartPlant created) control

Basic Qualifications

Previous work experience (Companies, Projects):
Experience in working for at least one of the mentioned industries: Food & Breweries, Chemical, Pharmacy, Cosmetics
Experience in piping/process equipment designing
Experience in PDS/SmartPlant administration (2D and 3D)
Experience in piping material classes preparation (acc. to ANSI, DIN/EN, GOST)
Experience in coordination between disciplines working in PDS/SmartPlant system
Experience in piping/process equipment designing procedures preparation
Experience in reporting data's from PDS/SmartPlant
5-7 years as PDS/SmartPlant administrator (2D and 3D)

-Technical skills and knowledge:
Knowledge of PDS/SmartPlant (2D and 3D), Databases Administration,
Knowledge of Codes and Standards: ANSI/ASME, DIN/EN (Piping)
Knowledge of hygienic piping systems designing.
Knowledge of piping materials
Knowledge of plant design
Understanding of the design and construction practices

IT Skills:
3D-PDS (Intergraph) or 2D/3D SmartPlant (Intergraph),
AutoCAD(Autodesk) or MicroStation (Bentley)
SmartPlant Review/Design Review (Intergraph), or Navisworks(Autodesk)
Microsoft Office Access and Excel

Degree Required: Bachelors or 4 Year Degree
